I have sent my son 3 packages over the last 4 months (all large Priority Mail Flat rate boxes). I follow the tracking, seeing that they arrive in Providence, then are "out for delivery" - but they never make it to campus. Instead, somehow they are are sent back to me, with no explanation, no "return to sender" and nothing apparently wrong. Each time I have tried to report this they tell me the address was my home address (it was not, and I have photos to prove it. The return address is a tiny peel of return sticker). The tracking says "arrived at Providence Distribution Center" Then "in process of sorting" then "out for delivery, with an end of day expected delivery time. Then at the end of the day "arrived at Distribution Center" again, and it's on its way back to me. This only began happening since June. Have been sending packages to Brown for the last 3 years with no problem till now. Just sent him a package UPS with no problem. Just USPS.
